You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased, provided they are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the product is in like-new condition and is not damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all original accessories.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Deductions may be made from the final refund amount for missing or damaged items.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping back to us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to us. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We strongly suggest insuring your return packages and to ship with a tracking option, because we are not responsible for lost packages. Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package to inform customs authorities that no customs fees are applicable, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
